Re : Can clients customize our design?

Its acceptable for us to make up the clients request modification of our proper design for the measurement, doors, shelves, drawers, accessories etc.


Re : Can we accept for the clients exclusivity and custom design?

Of course. We would be glad and welcome for them, just please send us all the detail design with its specification then we will carry on. FYI we always honor our agreement with clients for the exclusivity design requested and will not send to another clients.


Re : Can clients have quality control to check client’s products?

Absolutely welcome. We will assist always for the client’s quality control to check over the products from raw material until the finished condition.


Re : Well, then how about guarantee of the products?

We warranty for the products are in good condition in our warehouse. Since we both party know that there would be transit time in which we never know that could be happen anything during the shipment period. So if something happen to the product when it comes to your hands, we shall address them immediately. We might replace product free after receiving proofs of damage which is really come from our PRODUCTION FAULT. Please send us the photos of your damage items in 3 (three) position as your claim noted.


If there is any minor problem we will send some components to fix it. As in the most cases, we credit you for any charges incurred because of repairing at your end in the next invoice (next order). In this case , we suggest you to insurance your shipment as the most problem usually because of the transport damage. However, please note, we have less problem during our experience so far.
